Start the new year early with fun activities for children and their caregivers - including bubbles, music, art projects, snacks, and a balloon drop at noon.

The event is $5 per person and registration is required. It will be held from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on Tuesday, December 31 at 716 14th St. in Beaver Falls.
