CitiParks Track and Treat is a FREE, fun, seasonal event that promotes health and wellness, bike safety and more! Children and families can ride around the Bud Harris Cycling Track in their Halloween Costumes, participate in a costume contest, decorate pumpkins and enjoy seasonal enrichment and entertainment! Bring your bike or you can get one there!
