Our Game Borrowing Process

Borrowing games from Playful Pittsburgh Collaborative is simple and no cost!

Step-by-Step

  1. Fill out the Game Borrow Form (Games are provided on a first-come, first-served basis)

  2. Sign the Game Borrow MOU

  3. Schedule a 1:1 with Adam James, Assistant Director of Playful Pittsburgh Collaborative (optional Zoom conversation)

  4. Borrow and Return Games at 5604 Solway Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15217

Did you know that Playful Pittsburgh Collaborative has a library of oversized games and play equipment you can borrow? Borrowing games to make your next event more playful has never been easier. Fill out the Game Borrow Google Form, peruse the games, playbox, and equipment options, then make your selection.

Questions, Concerns, and a Free Consultation

If this is your first time borrowing games, you’ll want to schedule a quick call to meet with Adam James, assistant director of Playful Pittsburgh Collaborative. During the call, Adam James will highlight important aspects of the MOU, suggest games and equipment for your event, and answer any questions.


A Note On Photography

If you decide to take any pictures of games and equipment being used during your event and want to share them with us, please ensure your photographs are in a .jpg or .png format. Thank you for thinking of Playful Pittsburgh Collaborative.
